When will I receive the confirmation email with the payment details?
Upon order placement, only an automatic acknowledgement email will be sent to allow us to review your order and check for availability prior to sending the payment details. This is to ensure that we do not receive any payment for items not physically with us. Note that some items are on pre-order and we provide an estimated time of arrival. Once your order has been reviewed, you will receive an Order Update/Confirmation email from us, indicating details you'll need to proceed with payment.
We do not have operations on Sundays. We respond from 9am to 530pm, Monday-Saturday. Orders received on a Saturday, 530pm onwards, will be attended to on the following Monday. We're closed on holidays. We thank you for your understanding.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be shipped?
LBC: Payments received by 12NN will be arranged for shipping on the same day. You may receive the goods the following day or later depending on weather conditions and courier's volume.
XEND: Xend picks up every Tuesday and Friday, around noon time. Upon pick up, allow 1-3 days for delivery in Metro Manila.
Once shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number. Allow 3-6 hours upon receipt of the tracking number before checking the status at the Xend website. For LBC, the status is already viewable.
What are your delivery days?

Do you charge for shipping? How much?
We have launched our rewards program and have merged the free shipping option via points. Free shipping is worth 3,500 points.
We charge based on weight or dimension, whichever is applicable to the order.

Can I pick up my order?
You may pick up your order at our office: 2/F D'Square Bldg. 295 Aguirre Ave., BF Homes Phase 3, Paranaque City. Choose the "Pick Up" option in the Shipping Methods during checkout. Please call at (02) 809 3243 or send us a message prior to visiting.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes. We have set up most of the countries in our system to allow you to purchase. In case it doesn't, please email us at email@example.com. Once it's set-up, you may proceed with the order placement. We will email you separately on the shipping cost after we have reviewed and weighed your order.
Can I still order an item that is out of stock?
The online facility now allows you to order out-of-stock items--this process we call "pre-order." This allows you to make a reservation and Art Nebula will NOT ask for any advanced/down payment except for items that are priced over PhP 5,000. We always recommend to place orders even if the cart button says "pre-order" to ensure that your order gets properly queued. Once the product is available, we fulfill based on queuing.
Will you have products in other mediums in the future?
We have acrylics, oils, painting mediums, soft pastels, graphite sticks, multi-pastel chalk pencils, and other drawing materials. We're expanding our portfolio so check back once in a while. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific inquiries.
Do you accept special product requests for items not in the catalogue?
Please email us at email@example.com and we'll see what we can do.
Do you accept order cancellations?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement unless payment has been made. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only hold products for a maximum of 2 banking days upon receipt of the Order Confirmation email (Note: Pre-Orders are excluded from this policy). If payment is not received within this timeframe, we will cancel your order. You may make another purchase anytime.
Can I add or remove items in my order?
Yes. Please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours.
Can I use my discount code on a promoted item?
Only one promo or discount code may be used per order. If this happens, Art Nebula reserves the right to ignore the higher discount/promo and charge accordingly. Thanks for understanding.
How are Reward points earned?
Points are earned in several ways:
1. Creating a store account +200
2. Liking us on Facebook +100
3. Referring a friend +300
4. Celebrating your birthday +200
5. Following us on Instagram +100
6. Making a purchase +1 point for every PhP 1 spent*
*Note that the Shipping Cost and Taxes (12%) do not earn points. Bulk Orders, which are already provided discounts, do not earn points. Other orders that already enjoyed discounts (such as promotions, etc.) are not eligible for earning points.
How do I redeem my Reward points?
Log-in to your account. Click the Get Rewarded button on the right side of the page. Click on Reward and select from the options available:
1. PhP 25 off coupon requires 1,000 points
2. PhP 60 off coupon requires 2,000 points
3. FREE SHIPPING requires 4,000 points (applies to Philippine deliveries only; Art Nebula has the discretion to choose which courier to use)
4. PhP 175 off coupon requires 5,000 points
5. 5% off coupon requires 5,000 points
6. PhP 280 off coupon requires 7,500 points
* A minimum purchase amount is required to use the coupons.
Can I use a coupon on the same day it was earned?
No, we do not allow this. You may use a redeemed coupon 3 days after it was earned or as soon as after the order where it was earned has been completely fulfilled.
A certain order where a coupon was used cannot be combined and shipped together with other pending orders.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, we do not accept returns. All items are inspected and packaged in bubble wrap prior to shipping to ensure quality.
Are you open for collaboration for workshops and events?

Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Art Nebula is only available virtually through our webshop but we're looking for resellers all over the Philippines!
