Upon order placement an automatic acknowledgement email will be sent to allow our team to review your order and check for availability prior to sending the payment details. This is to ensure that we do not receive any payment for items not physically available. Note that some items may be pre-ordered and an estimated time of arrival will be provided for orders placed. Once your order has been reviewed, you will receive an Order Update/Confirmation email from us, indicating the details you'll need to proceed with the payment.
Please note that we do not have operations on Sundays and holidays. We will respond from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday-Saturday. Orders received on a Saturday, 5:30pm onwards, will be attended to on the following Monday. We thank you for your understanding.
